Alhamdulillah, syukur ke hadrat Illahi atas anugerah ini. Lepas overdue 5 hari dan komplikasi sebelum delivery, akhirnya selamat juga melahirkan Sophia.

Terima kasih yg amat sangat pada my hubby (Samsul Fathan Mashor) atas segalanya. Always di sisi sepanjang tempoh kehamilan till Sophia lahir. Dear, thank you for being such a wonderful husband and father to our princess, Sophia.

Our journey to parenthood

I'm happy to announce that I'm going to be a mommy. If I am not mistaken, I knew that I was pregnant 1 week after raya 2010. It was the most amazing moment of my life.

27 weeks

Tak expect rezeki pada bulan puasa. 2 weeks before tu me and hubby di Norway kerana menghadiri summer course di NTNU. Memang sangat hectic dengan jadual yang padat di tambah berpuasa. Bila tamat course tu memang rasa happy sangat..x sabar nak balik Holland masa tu..he he...

Puasa di Holland x lama macam di Norway. Pejam celik dah raya....Oleh kerana kami dah balik Malaysia bulan Jun sebelum tu, so beraya di Holland sahaja.

Lepas 1 week missed period, rasa macam x sedap badan.. so masa weekend sempatla singgah farmasi. Saja nk test.. Ingat lagi masa nak test tu hari ahad...4.30 pg dah tersedar sebab nk ke toilet, so test terusla..nervous jg nk tunggu result tu..after a few minutes...jeng...jeng..jeng.. surprised!!

Bila tengok test kit tu macam x percaya..appear "zwanger". zwanger = pregnant. Anggaran dalam 2-3 weeks. Terus sujud syukur. Mengalir juga air mata...So terus kejut hubby and tunjukkan kt dia...Hubby pun sangat2 happy....

So, esok nya kami pegi register kt Local General Practitioner (GP). Appointment lg 1 week..lamanya rasa nak jumpa GP. So next weekend tu sempat test skali lagi...just nak make sure.....



Lepas jumpa GP, dia test urine n it is confirmed!!! I am 6 weeks pregnant ..... So GP refer to UMC St. Radboud Hospital. So dekatla dengan Univ...


Appointment dengan midwife masa week-10. Di UMC, buat ultrasound ...For the first time dapat tengok our lil baby..

Comel je tengok...he he..lega dapat dengar heart beat dia..


So bermula la routine visit kat UMC..




Sementara masih larat berjalan, kami survey la barang2 baby kt sini n prepare serba sedikit...kebetulan masa winter ada sale..so beli terus la...dapat juga jimat..

Di Holland, kalau nak shopping barang baby biasa nye di Prenatal ... Banyak kali juga la ke sini..dok tgk barang baby..rasa macam nak beli semua..he he..


Antara lain...baby planet and babydump...Kalau nk shopping murah..biasanya diorg pegi ke babydump...Kat Nijmegen xde babydump, so kami pegi the nearest kat Utrecht.. about 1 hour by train...


Antara barang2 yang kami beli....


Selera makan pun makin bertambah sekarang.. asyik lapar je...and baby ni pun sangat2 la aktif waktu malam.....so terjaga juga la malam2...

20 weeks

This week dah masuk 29 weeks dah..badan rasa makin berat..nasib baik supervisor sangat memahami..siap advise suruh rest kat rumah je kalau tak larat... dah discuss dengan SV bile start maternity leave..kat sini cuti 4 bulan..lama tu..seronok juga...So SV suruh cuti atleast 4 weeks before due date..katanya nanti tak larat nak bawa perut tu..he he...Nampaknya slow sikitla keje research.. Sekarang pun baru start buat draft utk final paper...Harap2 semuanya ok....

3rd anniversary

3 in 1 celebration.......

19hb december lepas me n hubby sambut anniversary yg ke-3..dan kami celebrate sekali birthday hubby pd 21hb december n x ketinggalan celebrate utk mom to be ni..:) so kira 3 in 1 la.....mulanya plan nak celebrate kat Amsterdam, tapi memandang kn tengah winter, so x jadi...Last-last kami celebrate kat rumah n masak sendiri....

So malam tu kami makan kari kepala ikan dan sayur campur...then adalah desserts n jus acai...walaupun simple tapi kami happy sangat coz impian dan doa kami selama ni di makbulkan tuhan....Alhamdulillah....So insyaallah anniversary tahun depan kami bertiga pula..

Dear Mr. Samsul Fathan Mashor, .....I am so lucky to have you in my life. I love you eternally and unconditionally......Happy anniversary Dear..May our marriage be blessed with love n happiness .. Amin .....

Setelah 2 minggu berkampung di Norway, akhirnye ...hari yg ditunggu-tunggu tiba..hari apa? mestilah hari last kursus... I am absolutely saturated with this intensive LCA course...the more I learn, the more I realize how little I really know...fuhhhh!!! dan yg paling sedih tu sambut ramadhan kt trondheim tu....1st sampai Norway ni mmg excited sgt2 sbb g oslo dulu...direct flight mahal sgt so transit je la...after 2 days kt oslo...baru fly ke trondheim, situated in central norway...day-1 tu sempat jln2...then 2nd day dh start kursus...I took summer course on advanced life cycle assessment (LCA) at Norwegian University of Technology (NTNU) - Norway's leading university for higher education in technology. I was amazed by the diverse range of bacgrounds among particiants. Majority of participants had engineering background, ada yg study economics, social scieces, ada yg tgh buat post-doc, et cetera.. To benefit most from this course, participants should have a basic knowledge of linear algebra and LCA. so terpaksa la prepared well beforehand... I found this course indeed very useful and informative untuk org baru belajar mcm saya ni....one of the best courses I've ever attended!! It gave me a lot of insight into how to perform an LCA-type analysis.
